All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail, and we offer a range of delivery options at checkout.
If you order before 2pm Monday- Friday, we will dispatch your order the same day.
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your sales reference, name and date of purchase and the item you wish to return. We will then book in your return and you must return it to our warehouse, with a note including all your details for a return as explained in our email communications. The address for returns is:

On receipt of the goods we will be happy to make a refund/exchange, providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns instructions.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Gemious Ltd will arrange a refund.
Any refunds due will be processed back into your account used for payment usually within 14 working days.
